Organic Cacao Paste
Our cacao paste is from Ecuador is Organic Fair Trade. Ir comes from the beans in the fruit. The beans are put under high pressure and low heat. The low heat allows the paste to remain raw. From this process, the bean turns into a paste. It has the appearance of chocolate chunks.
The most popular use of the paste is to melt it with water to make a very delicious and authentic hot chocolate. This paste can also be eaten raw, thrown into smoothies, or used for cooking.
Grown with pure and positive intention to be used as healing medicine.
This is the same past that we use for the ceremonies that we host at festivals such as Okeechobee and Hulaween!
Cacao contains fats, around 40%, consisting of oil of cacao, cacao butter, theobromine (.9% to 2.35%), and theine (.05 to .37%), starch, and protein matter (6% to 17%). These percentages vary slightly from batch to batch.
