General Return Guidelines
- Eligible products: Only products purchased directly from Quinteassence Kava Bar or our official online store are eligible for returns or refunds. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for assistance with returns and refunds.
- Return period: To be eligible for a return or refund, you must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of purchase. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.
- Condition of returned items: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Opened or used products will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- Proof of purchase: All returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, order confirmation email, or a transaction record from your payment provider.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at email@example.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging along with the proof of purchase and RMA number. Please ensure the package is secure to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and the amount will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) and any applicable taxes. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged or defective product and will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
